Page Personnel are supporting a fantastic Charity based in Leamington Spa with the appointment of a HR Officer to join a busy organisation.

This role is fully office-based working.


Description
The role of HR Officer is a varied and generalist role, supporting a superb organisation with a wide range of HR matters, including but not limited to:

  • Support Managers with HR queries
  • Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters, and other correspondence.
  • Promoting a culture of employee wellbeing by supporting all associated initiatives.
  • Supporting managers on employee relations cases.
  • Supporting managers on sickness absence, performance and employee relations.
  • Facilitating and supporting in employee complaints, investigation, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Ensuring that personnel files are up to date at all times.
  • Assisting in the training and development activities of employees.
  • Collating and analysing HR Data and providing monthly/quarterly reports to SMT on trends and patterns.
  • Supporting the Senior Managers and Managers in recruitment projects
  • Helping to upskilling of our managers in people management.
  • Maintain confidential records.
  • Report to Senior Management on trends absence, performance, employee relations and formal processes in progress.
