Page Personnel are supporting a fantastic Charity based in Leamington Spa with the appointment of a HR Officer to join a busy organisation.
Description
The role of HR Officer is a varied and generalist role, supporting a superb organisation with a wide range of HR matters, including but not limited to:
- Support Managers with HR queries
- Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters, and other correspondence.
- Promoting a culture of employee wellbeing by supporting all associated initiatives.
- Supporting managers on employee relations cases.
- Supporting managers on sickness absence, performance and employee relations.
- Facilitating and supporting in employee complaints, investigation, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Ensuring that personnel files are up to date at all times.
- Assisting in the training and development activities of employees.
- Collating and analysing HR Data and providing monthly/quarterly reports to SMT on trends and patterns.
- Supporting the Senior Managers and Managers in recruitment projects
- Helping to upskilling of our managers in people management.
- Maintain confidential records.
- Report to Senior Management on trends absence, performance, employee relations and formal processes in progress.
