Page Personnel are supporting a fantastic Charity based in Leamington Spa with the appointment of a HR Officer to join a busy organisation.

This role is fully office-based working.

Description
The role of HR Officer is a varied and generalist role, supporting a superb organisation with a wide range of HR matters, including but not limited to:

Support Managers with HR queries
Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters, and other correspondence.
Promoting a culture of employee wellbeing by supporting all associated initiatives.
Supporting managers on employee relations cases.
Supporting managers on sickness absence, performance and employee relations.
Facilitating and supporting in employee complaints, investigation, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Ensuring that personnel files are up to date at all times.
Assisting in the training and development activities of employees.
Collating and analysing HR Data and providing monthly/quarterly reports to SMT on trends and patterns.
Supporting the Senior Managers and Managers in recruitment projects
Helping to upskilling of our managers in people management.
Maintain confidential records.
Report to Senior Management on trends absence, performance, employee relations and formal processes in progress.
