We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
We are looking for a strong Senior Co-ordinator for our Panel Management team to provide flexible end to end processing knowledge and support following assessment cycle peaks.
What do we do?
We organise the teams (these are the "panels") of people (we call them "assessors") who do the marking of exam papers and moderation of coursework.
We work closely with colleagues across OCR and with those who recruit the assessors, so that we have enough of the right people, with those who monitor the quality of their work, and with those who deliver the results.
About the role

Supervise members of the Panel Management team
- Assist in regular
training and knowledge transfer across Panel Management team - Support managers in series planning and
quality checking outcomes, to comply with agreed standards - Accurate and timely
KPI reporting and data handling whilst meeting tight deadlines - Show a keen interest in process improvements
About you
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office product
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of supervising a set of documented processes and procedures
- Experience of supervising and motivating staff
- Experience of providing a high level of customer service
- Show a proven ability in decision making and directive action
