Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Benefits

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role and Training

  • Recruit for cyber, finance and network security recruitment services.
  • Trainees will "buddy up" with a mentor.
  • First day: Meet the team, get to know everyone and get advice.
  • First month they will do some 1to1 training.
  • Call coaching every Tuesday morning.
  • Mentors will usually get new starters on all most client calls removes the fear of clients.
  • Base Salary + commission

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements

  • Other interests sports and travelling is highly sought after.
  • Need substance, Good background
  • Interested in people from all different places and backgrounds
  • Money motivated
  • Experience not necessary but ideally one or more of:
  • Sales background (cold calling, etc)
  • Freshly graduated or been to university
  • Travelled
  • Have dealt with difficult customers in other jobs (complaints department etc)
