Job Description Front of House Team

Reports to / Responsible for:

The post holder reports to the Front of House (FOH) Manager and is responsible for food and beverage service.

Main Duties:

Have full knowledge and understanding of all goods and products available from YellowDoor. You will be briefed on each event, make sure you understand the requirement of each event as every event and every site is different.
Working at various venues for events, setting up the venue with necessary equipment.
Meet, greet and serve
all customers in a polite, speedy, professional and efficient manner.
Be courteous at all times making eye contact and smiling
Transport food, tables and other items needed to serve food during an event to ensure that everything moves smoothly and efficiently.
Assist with clean up after an event to guarantee that no items are left behind
Willingness to travel to different locations for events
Make sure you carry out each duty provided by your manager with the standard as required by Yellow Door.
Report any complaints, accidents, breakages etc. to the FOH Manager.
Make sure all event rooms are cleared promptly at the end of each event.
Ensure all hire equipment are stacked in the proper container at the end of a shift.
Take part in any required training courses.
Perform any other duties that may be required by management.
Ensure that personal and public social media interaction is in line with company values. No social media images for content to be shared about anything that happens on site at without prior approval from either of the Directors. Ensure that all data and information relevant to the kitchen operation is compliant with GDPR legislation.
