We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Digital Marketing apprentice to join our team to promote the education and training services we offer.


OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
To define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms. You will create, maintain and analyse brand appropriate marketing content in line with the vision of eTraining.


TYPE OF CONTRACT:
Apprenticeship

This is a 15-month apprenticeship. A full-time position may be offered upon completing the apprenticeship.

Progression routes could include Marketing Executive Level 4 or Community Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship.


SALARY:
£ £25000 Annually


LOCATION:
HQ Greenwich Office - London


RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties will include:


To Support the communications and marketing team to:

  • Work to briefs and campaigns whilst adhering to and understanding our brand standards
  • Generate and maintain customer attention and retention in line with Targets
  • Maintain and grow social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
  • Maintain and publish website content to engage our target audience.
  • Monitor performance of content through analytics, providing reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Support with finance, department expenses and updating allocated budget spends.
  • Write copy, including blogs and website content in line with the brand voice.
  • Create rich media content for multiple platforms including social media.
  • Facilitate direct mail campaigns and automation of customer messaging.
  • To understand the products and services offer of eTraining.
  • Perform general administrative and office tasks to support marketing.
  • Promote awareness of our brand image both internally and externally.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • A selfstarter with a passion for Marketing
  • Experience using LinkedIn and Twitter for business.
  • Experience of WordPress and direct mail platforms
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven, selfmotivated and highly disciplined.
  • Grade 4/C GCSE or Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths. However, these can be completed on programme with our support.
  • Willingness to travel.
