Description

What's involved with this role:

Contract to start on until with a possible extension.

Key Duties:

To investigate and respond to correspondence, challenges, representations and appeals in accordance with both statutory and nonstatutory processes.
To producing high quality responses within productivity targets to tight deadlines.

Experience of working in a parking environment or at least 2 years' experience of working in a customer service environment is
REQUIRED.

£13.15 per hour
