Description

Responsibilities:


  • Daytoday management of back of house areas to include laundry and accommodation reception.
  • Maintaining the high standards, and oversee the performance of a cleaning team
  • Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of assigned areas
  • Ensure guest rooms are made up as per guest request
  • Responsible for bed linen orders, using a online portal (training will be provided)
  • Keep accurate records of any rejected linen and minimise waste and costs
  • Immediately notify management of any damages or maintenance issues
  • Serving breakfast to guests staying in our accommodation, where required

Specifications:


  • Experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team, or with mínimal supervision
  • Knowledge of administration & organisational skills
  • Willingness to be proactive and use of initiative
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Uniform provided, presentable at all times

Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£11.44-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
