Role Purpose
wtv. is searching for a true collaborator, looking to join a successful and dynamic global team.

Working with our global team of Account Directors and event producers this role is essential to delivering the outstanding level of service that our clients and partners expect.


If you are passionate about delivering a high quality service to clients, and have an aptitude for providing efficient and effective ways of working, have the ability to learn and absorb information quickly and you have a keen eye for detail then this could be the role for you.

Previous experience in the sector is not mandatory but will be advantageous.


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Clients on inbound booking requests. You will be required to advise on the best package to achieve event results once you build client knowledge, trust and relationships.
  • If relevant and appropriate offer supporting or complementary services to enhance the event.
  • Liaise with our Live production and Sales teams for any outofpackage event to ensure quotes include all necessary elements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and work to deadlines to ensure we respond timely and accurately to clients with their given SLAs
  • Provide feedback to the Traffic Manager on any peaks in demand so that resources can be planned and allocated.
  • Report back to the sales team any new or growth opportunities that arise from inbound enquiries or any negotiations around existing projects.
  • Accurately record the reservation details into our Salesforce and Dealhub Systems.
  • Following up with clients to ensure we receive Dealhub signatures according to the agreed commercial workflow.
  • Compile and provide regular reporting to clients and senior management.
  • Attend and proactively contribute to the weekly client review meetings with the client and delivery team.
  • While the event is in production liaise with delivery teams to ensure any changes or deviations from the scope of works are communicated and cost provided to the client.
  • Ensure Purchase Orders are raised and attached to the Project for any external costs.
  • Proactive outreach to regular bookers in order to understand and schedule planned events.
  • Liaise with finance to ensure timely and accurate completion of billing/invoicing including obtaining PO's from clients.

What we are looking for in you

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Confidence in presenting to clients.
  • Detailfocused to ensure elements of clients' requirements are accurately recorded from quote, throughout delivery and into the client's final invoice.
  • Confidence in being able to hold a technical conversation with a client and knowing when to bring in additional support
  • A self motivated individual comfortable working flexibly, in both a remote and physical office environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadline, prioritise timecritical projects and deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.
  • A desire to make a real impact in the business, and help lead and innovate.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, meeting customer needs across time zones as required.
  • At all times work within wtv. and client Data and Information Security Policy and Confidentiality Agreements.
  • Experience and knowledge of working with business systems to include but not limited to: CRM, Quotation tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Knowledge of Salesforce and Google Workplace will be an advantage.

£25,563.00-£30,000.00 per year
