    Queen Elizabeth's School is a rapidly-improving Upper School, set in the beautiful Dorset countryside. We are looking to appoint a passionate and inspiring teacher to lead our Design & Technology department. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic professional to join our school.

    Actual Salary £32,916 - £45,352 per annum (M1 to M6).

    In addition a TLR 2.3 is offered for Design & Technology Subject Lead.

    This job is {Full Time/ Part Time/ Part Time - Term Time Only:}.

    It is offered on a Permanent basis.

    Start date 13/04/2026.

    Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has:

    • The ability to teach Product Design
    • An awareness of Rosenshine's principles of instruction
    • An understanding of key substantive and disciplinary concepts in design & technology
    • An awareness of some of the concepts explored in Tom Sherrington's 'Walkthru' series or Doug Lemov's 'Teach Like a Champion' series.
