Description
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic Home Care Assistant to our small, friendly team.

We aim to provide the highest levels of care, dignity and respect to all our clients. We are a small team with a big heart.


Duties will include:


  • Delivering care to the highest standard with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Carrying out personal care, support with dressing, meal preparation and assistance, medication prompts, emotional support and encouragement towards maintaining independent living
  • Weekend cover on a rotational basis
  • Reporting any issues to the senior staff team
  • Attend induction, inhouse training and staff meetings
  • Supporting fellow coworkers so that they can perform their roles safely, efficiently and to the best of their ability when delivering care

Required for this role:


  • Full UK driving license (Ideally, or working towards this)
  • SVQ3 or willing to work towards this
  • Live in the inverness area or be able to commute
  • Previous experience of 1 year minimum

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
