Based in London near to Kings Cross Train Station, DB Charles Recruitment are working with a brilliant business seeking to hire a new permanent Bid Coordinator.


The business is widely recognised within their industry of building services and they have a company history spanning over 70 years accumulating in a fantastic reputation, turnover and people based success.


The role will be reporting into the Bid Manager and working closely with the Procurement Director and the main focus is to provide support for new business proposals, being involved in all aspects from start to finish.

A number of specific day to day duties involved will be:


  • Providing end to end bid / proposal support
  • Managing and updating the the document library
  • Producing & supporting on new bids & tenders
  • Aiding in client, employee, stakeholder & supplier relations
  • InDesign work
  • Ensuring bids & tenders follow company / brand guidelines
  • Acting support function for wider team of people
  • Working on / supporting on proposal submissions
  • Liaising with key internal stakeholders
  • Carrying out additional tasks such as market analysis, spotting market trends & business strategies and process improvement.
  • A career background in Bids, Tenders & Proposals
  • A bid coordinator background within building services / construction would be highly advantageous but not essential
  • Must have InDesign experience
  • Experience with Sharepoint and E-Portals would be an added benefit

  • An ability to commit to a permanent position based in London near to Kings Cross, that will offer hybrid working (x2 days at home) after the first 6 weeks training period.


The role will be working Monday to Friday with working hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm and following the first 6 weeks training, the role will then offer hybrid working, allowing the person to work x2 days from home.

The client is looking to offer a salary of between £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, experience dependent.
