    We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist.


    About the Job


    The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing market share within their defined territory by maximising brand availability and visibility in Symbol and Independent stores.


    You will work closely with a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of our portfolio of Beers, Ciders and Soft Drinks by partnering with Convenience (Symbol & Independent) retailers, establishing new business opportunities, and delivering a business plan focused on maximising sales potential.


    Your Responsibilities:


    • Partner with customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience stores, understanding retailer needs, their local consumers, and executing solutions effectively.
    • Adept full category-based selling approach to grow every outlet in your portfolio for the benefit of both retail outlets and the company.
    • Create winning territory business plans using data-driven insights to drive best practice across territories, regions, or teams.
