Description

What you will be doing as a Senior Employment Advisor: The postholder will work alongside another SEA, who will both report to the project lead and support promotion and service development. The SEA will supervise and support up to five EAs in their work by undertaking team meetings and regular supervision. The service in Leeds is delivered as part of Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service, by a partnership of four organisations. SEAs will be expected to work collaboratively with partners within a matrix management framework.
