Shift Pattern: 12 hour days/waking nights

Team Brain injury have been providing care and support for Children and Adults with Acquired and Traumatic brain injury in the South of England for 17 years.

We are looking for a team leader to support our client living in Oxfordshire.

You will be required to work a mixture of day and night shifts to lead a team of 10 support workers.

Your role will include coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, carryingout supervisions and monitoring stock levels of consumables and medication.

Key Responsibilities Our client requires support with the following:
