Description

Do you have strong organisational, administrative and IT skills? Are you organised and able to manage your own time and others to assist in the delivery of an excellent scheduling service? If you enjoy a challenge in a dynamic, ever-changing environment then this may be the opportunity for you.

You will need to lead and manage all aspects of the scheduling support team function within Customer Experience, providing support to the Directorate to help ensure that Bron Afon delivers on its commitments to customers.

You will need to develop and maintain the team to ensure they work closely with Supervisors, check availability and workload of resources, review existing workloads and plan jobs as appropriate for teams and individuals.

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills to lead, develop, and monitor the correct processing and scheduling of repairs ensuring that all works undertaken maximise the use of available resources and are delivered to the highest possible standards, ensuring that the right job is done at the right time to the required standard, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.

You will have excellent customer care skills and be passionate about providing the best possible service to our tenants and leaseholders.

You'll be dealing with enquiries and making sure that they are passed to the right person, as well as making sure that records are kept up to date and that our ICT and business systems are maintained.

You will have a positive attitude and approach to problem solving, and a keen eye for detail.

Your experience of using ICT packages, coupled with your enthusiasm and positive outlook will ensure that you provide a first-class scheduling service.
