Connect2kent are currently recruiting for a senior administrator officer for the adult social care and health, Systems and Performance team based in Invicta House, Maidstone.

  • Provide administration support to the Head of Service by organising meetings, taking minutes and managing action logs to ensure a smooth-running service
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Unit/section to provide effective customer service to operational teams, investigating complex queries and simple issues, assessing the nature of telephone calls, referring them to the appropriate person without referralto the line manager where possible.
  • Monitor team mailboxes to assist in prioritising requests for the Systems and Performance Team, ensuring individuals are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Support the Operations Lead to organise change control logs, ensuring requests are clearly logged to be prioritised and actioned to improve Systems services.
  • Provide support to the Development Lead during implementation of new systems to keep task logs up to date, highlighting action, risk and issue deadlines to ensure plans run smoothly.
  • Process, maintain and monitor financial records relating to expenditure and income, including the preparation of invoices for payment, processing charges and monitoring expenditure against budgets on behalf of the Unit. Make sure that financial informationand procedures relating to the team are accurate, up to date and in accordance with finance regulations and Directorate procedures.
  • Line management responsibility for the Data Quality Administrator and Administration Apprentice, completing regular supervisions, managing leave requests and workload priorities to encourage positive work outcomes. Provide the Apprentice with relevant workexperiences to aide completing of their coursework and monitor their progress.
