We are recruiting for an Events Administrator for a membership organisation based in central London.This is for approx. 3 months and will start asap
This role is predominantly office based
35 hours per week
- _Experience of delivering complex events, this includes sending invitations, tracking responses, organising catering, booking rooms/venues, providing badges, liaising with third parties, managing event logistics, and working with other teams as necessary._
- _Organising visits or events involving senior external visitors and overseas delegations with tact, diplomacy and sensitivity to different cultures, political contexts and protocol._
- _Proactively troubleshooting when problems occur and offering options and possible solutions, liaising with other colleagues to ensure smooth coordination._
- _Administrative and finance support including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and expenses, and updating internal finance systems_
- _Scheduling, arranging virtual meeting. collation and distribution of papers and minute-taking_
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£13.74-£16.48 per hour
