The Supply Room is currently working with a lovely secondary school in Chingford and is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to start immediately.

The school is looking for an individual who can assist with the needs of the pupils in their care. This will include supporting them in class and can continuously be role models to pupils.

The role would benefit an individual who has experience working in a school setting with challenging behaviour previously working in small groups and 1:1.

The members of staff are also very welcoming. and want to be able to continuously help pupils be the best they can be.


To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have experience working with children with challenging behaviour.
  • Working in a 1:1 or group setting in schools in the past.
  • Experience working with pupils from an academic standpoint.
  • Be able to show a patient and caring attitude towards pupils.
  • TEAM TEACH/MAPA would be advantageous but not necessary
The school are currently holding interviews for the position as we speak.
