Account Handler, Tamworth, £24-28k
This is an internal office-based position.

Due to sustained business growth and new account wins, my client is now seeking to appoint an additional Account Handler.

The company has a loyal client base consisting of many National and Global Brands and prides themselves on their ability to produce highquality Litho and Digital Print Solutions.

Working as part of a professional Account Management Team, you will initially be involved in handling adhocs enquiries before being allocated a portfolio of existing customer accounts to manage.


Responsibilities
*Talk with customers over the phone to understand and establish their needs.
*Work with the Estimating team
*Create internal job briefs, so everyone is fully aware of the clients' needs and timelines
*Liaise with Production to ensure jobs are scheduled


Requirements:

*Although training can/will be provided ideally you will have prior account handling experience, gained from within the print/creative arena.
*Good IT and communication skills
