SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Yardley who is looking for an Administrator to join the team

Office based Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Must have strong admin skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all form and logs are maintained accurately and contemporaneously
  • Ensure that all Quality and Regulatory files are maintained
  • Capture and record customer complaints
  • Record process deviations
  • Minute quality and regulatory team meetings
  • Maintain records of staff training
  • Processing of customer returns
  • Any other tasks delegated by Responsible Person/QA technicians
Characteristics and Skills

  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • A strong, proactive team worker
  • Flexible and enthusiastic

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent PC Skills including MS Office, Excel (intermediate to advanced). Experience of inventory management software is preferable but not essential.
  • High level of numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of managing own workload
Position Details

  • Full time Role (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm)
  • Position available for immediate start
  • Holiday allowance 28 days (including Bank Holidays)
