Small Builder with Timber Frame Experience to install quality timber lodge homes nationally.


Scope of works can include:
Erecting timber frame kit, insulation, plaster boarding, window installation cladding, roof cover etc. depending on our clients instructions.

Training on our systems can be arranged. This is a genuine lucrative opportunity from a well-established award-winning company.

This is a self-employed, sub-contract position.

Agreed price per project. Earnings open-ended depending on number of contracts/team size.

Same day full payment on receipt of invoice. No retentions.

Ongoing work - depending on experience.

Applicants must be customer facing, flexible and able to make decisions on site.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• England: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Joinery: 5 years (preferred)
• Carpentry: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (preferred)
