Working on the metropolitan police contract you will be based in West London covering police stations, Neighbourhood offices, and any associated buildings.

you will need to be CTC cleared which can take up to - 5 months, but whilst you are waiting forclearance will be placed on one of there sister contracts which include southward council, B & Q amongst others so immediate start available.

Hours of work either 8am - 5pm or there is an option for 7am - 4pm.

Working on East London Covering Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Havering, Barking and Dagenham, Newham and Tower hamlets.

Some of the Mechanical duties include pump overhauls, valve and pipework repairs, fixing leaks, belt and pully alinement checks, fault finding, boiler checks, water treatment / temperature monitoring and constantly looking for ways to reduce the overallcost of production Servicing AHU's, FCU's, pumps, inverters,, valves, pipework and a good working knowledge of all other M&E & HVAC
Good understanding of L8/Legionella
Mechanically qualified or time served.
