We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic
Senior National Account Managerto join us on a permanent,
full-time basis working as part of our
Sales & Distribution division.



As a Senior National Account Manager, your duties will include:

  • Deliver and exceed against DCS sales and margain targets
  • Build successful relationships with new and existing DCS customers, growing our market share through the relevant customer, category and shopper growth drivers
  • Contually improve DCS' financial performance through customer behaviours, managing supplier investment and terms agreements
  • You will ensure that you and your team have a thorough customer understanding e.g. KPIs, contacts, portfolios/formats, shopper profiles, competitor intelligence, etc.
  • You have responsibility for total account business modeling and longterm strategic modeling of all supplier investment, building customer plans and constant analysis of ROI

What we are looking for in our ideal Senior National Account Manager:

  • You must have least 4 years experience in sales as an account manager with good knowledge of the FMCG world and brands
  • You will have experience of managing a small team so will have excellent leadership qualities
  • You must be resilient, solutions focused and have a flair and desire to improve ways of working.
  • You will be highly commercially but customer focused with strong influencing skills
  • You must be a first class communicator, in writing and verbally and an extremely confident user of all Microsoft packages
