Avanti Recruitment are currently working with an UK proptech scale-up that provide SaaS platforms to the property world.

They are revolutionizing the Global Real Estate sector, and are working with some of the biggest companies in the industry includingJLL, Allianz, Blackstone, Savills and many more.

This is a product-first company with more than 50% of the business working in product, design and engineering.

Having raised £6m+ to date, they're backed by leading venture capital investors and are now scaling the business beyond the UK into Europe andbeyond.

As part of their huge expansion of the Dev team, and to help with the drive of their Engineering platforms, they need a Hands-off Tech Lead to join the team on a fully remote basis.

You'll be part of a delivery squad where you'll oversee and run - 8 FrontEnd Engineers, who use modern Typescript/React frameworks.

This is a 100% hands off role, but you are welcome and encouraged to try out proof of concepts, or pair with your team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities and time will be split as per the following: include running scrum rituals such as stand-ups, sprint plannings, and retros, as well as working with the team on how tasks can be technically broken-down and achieved.

Your goalis to empower the team and remove any road-blocks that stand in their way, whilst being a beacon of technical strength.

You will be working closely with the project managers, designers, and system's architect in the squad to hone in requirements to create an outstanding product.
