Glenfield Invicta's end to end Project Solutions provide market leading valve and penstock engineering excellence across a multitude of water and non-water infrastructure projects.


To help us manage this, we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and motivated Administrator with knowledge of either engineering or the utility markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a team player who is well organised with great communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships at all levels.

This is a varied role where you'll provide a range of administrative services across the Service Delivery team, carrying out tasks that promote and document the actions delivered by them.

You will champion AVKs strength in Manufacturing and Engineering with a focus on our future resilience and growth.


ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • Deliver analytical reports based on given data
  • Administration of Company Reports
  • Monitoring and calculating running costs of projects
  • Collating costs and pushing these through Navision system using LNS codes
  • Running spreadsheets for each Contract (Financial)
  • Running spreadsheets for each Contract (Programme of works)
  • Updating Accounting spreadsheet with Applications made and costs involved
  • Keeping account of Engineers time and expenses
  • Administrating Contracts and ensuring we meet requirements
  • Requesting and processing variations to orders when the need arises
  • Issuing Contract paperwork
  • Raising 'Applications for Payment' and issuing to customer or logging through their portal
  • Updating customer's spreadsheet monthly KPI reports
  • Raising invoices on Payment received
  • Raising purchase orders for subcontractors and hire equipment
  • Able to collate technical manuals from data accumulated during project delivery
  • Generate reports for customer and senior management

ABOUT YOU:


  • Previous experience in a similar technical Admin role ideally within engineering
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP / MRP systems
  • Good office management skills, with the ability to file, coordinate and document support duties
  • Excellent communication and solution orientated problemsolving ability
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and observation
  • Flexibility to adjust workload priorities to take account of new deadlines
  • Has a cando attitude that inspires others through own positive attitude, energy and passion
  • Collaborative working style
