  • Advised Merlin PCB Group Ltd on the sale of Kestrel International Circuits Ltd to Swedenheadquartered NCAB Group
  • Advised YFM Equity Partners on its investment in fastgrowing consumer insights business Vypr
  • Advised cloudbased software start up on a new investment from Praetura Ventures
Role

  • Working as a Senior Associate within the team, you'll have the opportunity to both work on and lead a varied and interesting caseload with a strong corporate focus and offers a superb opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise working as part ofa successful team in one of the UK's leading law firms.
  • The firm is a clientfocused firm and as such, you must be passionate about client care and maintain a professional demeanour even in challenging environments. Given the nature of the role, you will be able to work pragmatically with the ability to prioritiseyour workload as required.
  • Using your strong technical understanding and relevant market experience, you'll work to participate in relevant practice development initiatives, take a proactive role in business development opportunities and keep up to date with changes in relevant lawand practice.
