A new vacancy has arisen within our agency which is based in Colchester


_JOB DESCRIPTION _- Part-time Care Coordinator( 3 days per week)
Salary;
_£13 per hour_

_Duties_;

  • Main duty will be looking for more contracts and covering shifts on a daytoday basis.
- assisting the Business Development Manager with organizing the day-to-day running of the agency through the Policies, training, supervision, and guidance provided by the Company.
- supporting the Business Development Manager with achieving the aims and objectives of the Company and achieving the level of quality in the service provided to the Service Users in accordance with the Company's Quality Assurance Policy.


You will be responsible to the Business Development Manager for the business's day-to-day running, contacting our existing clients and solving any issues that may arise.

- producing detailed work schedules for the Care Workers and providing instructions/guidance to them.

  • To maintain confidentiality at all times and carry out the Company's Confidentiality Policy.
To ensure the business meets the quality targets of the Company and the National minimum standards

  • To assist the Business Development Manager with recruitment, interviewing, induction, training, and supervision of Staff.
  • Assisting the Business Development Manager with checking all agency staff documents and their compliance before starting work with the company
- reporting any issues regarding the legislative requirements concerning the services provided and the staff providing them.

To report any financial issues that have an impact on the overall budget.

Supervision reviews of the Staff's performance.

To assist the Business Development Manager with team meetings for Care Workers.

To monitor and ensure all company records are accurate.

HEALTH & SAFETY


To be familiar with the Company's obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the other Health and Safety Regulations detailed in the Company's Health and Safety Policies.


  • To ensure the Working time regulations are being followed.


To assist the Business Development Manager with carrying out surveys, monitoring Staff performance, training and supervising Staff in Quality Control assessments.


To be familiar with and implement the Company's policies and procedures and all legislative and regulatory requirements relating to the activities of the Company.


To represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, on the telephone, face to face, or in written communication.


Essential:


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Understanding of legislation concerned with Care provision
  • Administrative experience
  • Driving licence(essential)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
