Your Mission

Libra Careers is a launchpad for professionals looking to switch from the corporate world into the innovative world of StartUps.

Our roles cover Software Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Finance in some of the most exciting and fast-growing companies across the UK.

You'll receive training on StartUp fundamentals such as funding, equity and problem solving so you hit the ground running in your new role.

As a Transitioning Professional, you will bring your expertise, adaptability, and passion to contribute to the StartUp world.

Work with senior leaders to define and work towards business goals.
Create networks both internally and externally to further business development.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 36 years of experience in a corporate setting, demonstrating proficiency in a key business function.
Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt to new environments, work under pressure, and handle ambiguity.
Innovation: Embrace a culture of innovation, contributing fresh ideas and challenging the status quo. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and bring a unique perspective to problemsolving.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong passion for entrepreneurship and StartUp, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic organisation.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative, displaying a proactive and resourceful approach to problemsolving.
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Risk Tolerance: Display a willingness to take calculated risks and learn from failures. Show resilience and adaptability in the face of setbacks.
