Customer Service Advisor


Location:
Borehamwood (Hybrid)


Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
£23,000 per annum

Hours:
Monday to Friday, shift based across a 40-hour week, 8am-7pm
1 in 3 Saturdays working 9am-1pm (this can be worked from home)

Our client in Borehamwood is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their stunning, open-plan offices. This will be working for reputable company within their field, supporting their members with any queries they may face.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Great communication skill
  • Excellent user of MS Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Administration experience
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Telephone customer service experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling renewals and compliance
  • Credit control when required
  • Crossselling additional products/ addons
