Salary:
£39,000 + dependant on experience

What you'll be doing:

Accountable for the delivery of the service request and catalogue service by suppliers in line with agreed SLA's and KPI's
Represent the business as the management interface to suppliers with regards to request fulfilment and hardware supply chain
Act as the senior escalation point of contact for management within Enterprise IT/Employee & Business Support supporting all functions and Information Management & Technology organisations (across all sectors)
Line manage Service Request and Catalogue management capability
Monitor supplier performance attending daily calls focused on request fulfilment and stock management

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

Demonstrable IT Service Management experience (e.g request management, incident management)
Previous people management experience
Experience of reporting SLA's and measuring service KPI's

Desirable

Proven ability to problem solve in a fastpaced environment
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) knowledge

The Request and Catalogue Management Team:

Working within the IT Employee Service Centre, the team directly manages the suppliers involved in request fulfilment and software services.

This is a varied role, engaging with senior business group stakeholders and suppliers, working across the whole of Enterprise IT within the business.
