The job

  • Designing and executing multiple performance driven digital marketing campaigns
  • Analysing and interpreting raw data using inhouse data and Google Analytics.
  • Reporting weekly and monthly on growth and performance in line with group KPI's.
  • Proactively provide recommendations that will improve business results based on your data and analysis.
  • Adherence to campaign budgets with a focus on measurable ROI and CPA.
  • Understanding of SEO techniques and where organic search should be targeted over PPC.
The person specification

  • Datadriven performance marketer (PPC) with experience leading inhouse teams and external agencies and managing seniorlevel stakeholders.
  • Developing business cases and leading Marketing Technology projects
  • Handson Search, Paid Social, CRM & Display experience.
  • Ownership of performance marketing reporting into the business.
  • Joint business planning with key media partners (Google, Facebook).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience with proven success of implementing campaigns in Google Ads, and App store promotion.
