Senior Finance Manager - Transformation | Leicester | Offering up to £85,000 + 6k Car Allowance + 25% Bonus

Are you a qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA accountant with a track record of delivering large scale change programs?

Do you have excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset? If so, we are looking for you

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established brand in the East Midlands who are currently on an investment journey into new tech, reporting & forecasting tools.

In this role, you will lead the broader finance transformation agenda, covering people, processes andtechnology change.

You will be responsible for creating the project plan and reporting against agreed timelines for the implementation of a SAP upgrade.

You will also be responsible for supporting other existing projects, such as the rollout of a new P2P system and the implementationof a new FP&A tool.

There will also be opportunities for the role to develop to include further business transformation projects.

You will be the main point of contact between tech, third party vendors, and finance, and will provide training to super users and the rest of the finance team.

Your experience
Previous experience delivering large scale change programs
Preferably CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified and SAP (or any major ERP) implementation experience
