We have a spectacular new role at APC Mouldings who are market-leading specialists in glass reinforced plastics and architectural moldings.
They are looking to take on an enthusiastic individual as a Sales Administrator Apprentice to help bolster the team. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to peopleKey Responsibilities:
- Processing sales orders on Sage 200 system
- Assisting customers both facetoface and over the telephone
- Filing paperwork
- Liaising with couriers
- Organising deliveries with customers
- Prepare refreshments for visitors
- Ensure work area is clean and tidy
- Liaising internally with production to provide updates on orders
- Processing credit card payments
- Other general admin duties
What we're looking for:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong literacy skills
- People person
- Team player
- Highly organised
