As the Resourcing Team Leader, you will provide professional expertise, alongside inclusive leadership, to attract people to work for us.


You will be involved in supporting the development and implementation for recruitment and attraction across the Trust, working closely with with Head of Resourcing and key stakeholders, to ensure the workforce reflects our communities.

You will ensure the highest level of customer service and challenge is given to our recruiting managers

To work in partnership with colleagues to optimise opportunities for innovation, streamlining and efficiency of service delivery.


Work closely with other HR Colleagues to ensure a 'seamless' HR Service to divisions optimising opportunities for working collaboratively towards the provision of an integrated HR & OD service.

You will anticipate future workforce challenges and be solution-focussed

Internally you will be able to review and manage Resourcing KPIs to ensure that the service working as efficiently as possible

You will be accountable for the day to day leadership and management of the AfC Resourcing Team

To oversee the recruitment process and activities, ensuring these are delivered to key performance indicators and timelines
