£22,000 + Sleep In allowance of £62.75 per sleep in

Are you motivated, self driven, responsible, caring and looking to expand into an opportunity for personal and professional growth - we are recruiting for a senior care worker at one of our therapeutic residential children's service locations in the South Staffordshire region.
We continually strive to improve on our successes by recruiting and retaining the very best team available - therefore we recruit only the best.
As a key member of our team you will help to support a managed period of stability and consistency for the children, helping to address the presenting issues which are preventing the child _from_ integrating successfully into a family setting.
Hygge Cares' new Prep4Fostering service targets reintegration of a child, back into a long terM/Forever fostering family, after a period of 12-18 months within our _home_.
As a member of our team you will support the children to explore their feelings, memories and emotions they experience in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Be qualified to NVQ Level 3/4 in children and young people or equivalent
- Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills
- Have relevant experience working with children and young people
- Be flexible to _work_ a shift rota system which includes sleepin's, weekends and bank holidays
- Be passionate about working with children and young people and wanting to make a difference to their future
- Have the right to _work_ in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
