Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in technology, technology innovation, product management, management consulting, and matrixed engagement.

Preferred qualifications:


  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience with functional areas such as Product Strategy, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, or Vendor Management.
  • Experience in leadership within an innovation consulting, innovation, or newventure building agency or startup.
  • Ability to manage complex and crossfunctional programs in an ambiguous environment, resulting in innovative outcomes and solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

The Customer Innovation team within Professional Services Organization (PSO) is responsible for delivering a continuous innovation experience and identifying opportunities for coinnovation that helps customers deliver unique solutions that are only available with Google's technology.
Fundamentally, the Innovation team's goal is to increase the depth and uniqueness of our customers' relationships with Google.

Google innovation has been a core element of Google Cloud's narrative for some time - it is this team's mission to bring this to life for our customers and take on some more unique projects our customers have.

The Customer Innovation team is responsible for bringing the best of OneGoogle to our strategic customers, managing their expectations in working cross-Product Area and structuring the early stages of co-innovation opportunities to maximize business impact and mutual success.

Responsibilities:


  • Drive business growth with the strategic customers the Innovation team is engaged with primarily Financial Services clients.
  • Build customer innovation capability within the Google Cloud organization to bring Google's "culture of innovation" to life within our customer base by inspiring, ideating, and proving innovative concepts.
  • Engage with Google Cloud customers' Csuite with a creative and disciplined approach to challenges around new growth, technologies, business, and customers/joint ventures.
  • Design and deliver structured innovation programs, lead the development of program strategy and structure, and conduct innovation workshops to identify, validate, and prioritize ideas to align with business outcomes.
  • Partner crossfunctionally into customer solutions and work with our customers to explore codevelopment opportunities. Attract and recruit talent, create the team framework, and structure the platform to scale.
