An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Officer Property to join the busy Estates Team based at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle.

The Estates Department is responsible for maintaining and repairing all Trust buildings, services and equipment for properties.

As the Estates Officer Property you will be responsible for the management of the Minor Works Requisition and Additional Works Requests System within both PFI hospitals, assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the new Property Management System for the Trust's Estate, the Project Management of Minor Capital Schemes as well as responding to day to day Estates queries.

You will also be able to demonstrate experience of managing a heavy workload in an Estate related environment along with leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in working in a similar environment and hold a minimum qualification of a Degree in an Estates related discipline.

Ideally you should also have experience in the use of Autocad or other similar CAD package.
