We're proud to be assisting a long-standing client of ours appoint an experienced Compliance Manager on a 6-12 Month Fixed-Term Contract to ensure that the business day-to-day operations are functioning within regulatory compliance and aligned to the companyvalues and culture.

With a game changer reputation in the insurance industry, this client continues to dominate awards for their Customer Service and as an Employer.

They invest ridiculous amounts of time coaching and developing their colleagues whilst living and breathing their5 key values.
The Compliance Manager can expect a salary of £50,000 (£57,500) OTE.
Role & Responsibilities

Management of Compliance and Data Protection Team
Ensure operational compliance and regulatory awareness e.g. SMCR
Identify risks and mitigate where necessary
Compliance SME for the Executive Leadership Team, Operational Leads and External Partners
Contribute to the wider business strategy where applicable
