Location:
Reading (hybrid working)
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 based on experience


Job Type: 12 months fixed term contract, full-time (35 hours per week)

Education Development Trust are recruiting for a Strategic Projects Lead, who will report to the Corporate Governance and Compliance Manager, within the Corporate Governance team.

You will be responsible for managing cross-organisational strategic projects.

This will include business critical projects including the implementation of key corporate policies and procedures, the streamlining and automation of business processes, and technologytransformation.


We are looking for a project manager with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who can work collaboratively at every level across the organisation.

Experience of policy development and implementation is essential. You must be highly IT literatewith experience of MS Office 365, notably SharePoint and Teams.

The Strategic Projects Lead role is based in the Reading office. The role offers flexibility for hybrid working with an expectation of being in the office 1-2 days a week
