Our client is a leading fashion retailer brand that focus on the production of a range of premium lifestyle products.
Our client is looking to build their Global CIX team.
This team manages all aspects of market research, customer segmentation, first party data build up and consumer activation (Acquisition and Retention) along the consumer journey (Media, CRM, Clienteling), for all brands and channels across the organization globally.
Our client are seeking an experienced, passionate and highly organised individual to join the CRM function and support on the delivery of the Global CRM, Clienteling & CIX vision and strategy, and ensure its regional implementation and success.
Requirements:
- 3+ years working with CRM systems, ideally within the Fashion and/or Luxury Retail sectors.
- Ideally experienced in delivering advanced CRM and customer programs (including voice of the customer initiatives) in a global organisation, managing multiple workstreams and resources in line with budgets and deadlines; tracking and reporting on project progress and statuses.
- Experience using data insights to inform decisions within a retail company or relevant consulting agency, FMCG group, tech company.
- Prior experience working successfully in partnership with internal stakeholders and managing external agencies.
- AI experience is desired, but not required.
