Community Land Scotland is seeking a highly organised Events Management Intern to support the creation and management of a range of events run by both Community Land Scotland and Member organisations.
Projects will include supporting up to 40 community landowners across Scotland to participate in Community Land Week, supporting the planning and delivery of a Parliamentary Reception, and participating in planning for a series of 'cold spots' events across Scotland.

- Location: Remote or Glasgow

Job description
The role will include the following key tasks.
Project Planning
- Work with the Community Land Scotland team to create a more detailed workplan for this project.
- Coordinate with participating community ownership groups across Scotland to finalise details for events, and assist as needed with developing marketing copy for events
- Create individual web listings and tailored marketing images for each event
- Coordinate printing and delivery for posters as needed
- Oversee bursary payments to groups (invoicing and tracking)
- Support CLS PR and Communications Manager with national and regional press for events
- Develop and implement evaluation system for events to track attendance at individual events and gather images
- Support Hub Manager with this event
- Coordinate with Holyrood offices regarding timelines, catering and guest lists
- Oversee invitation and guest list process
- Support PR and Communications Manager with press
- Support CLS Development Officer with planning and delivery of cold spots events
- Any other tasks as required by Community Land Scotland
