ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location:
Flexible, but Hybrid role, office based 3 times week


Company Head office - Manchester
The Account Manager has accountability for the operational delivery of our solutions and partnership strategies for our customers. Working closely with customers, earning trust and building strong relationships to deliver strategic resourcing objectives.


Focused on operational delivery, the Account Manager works closely with the delivery lead and resourcing function to ensure achievement of recruitment delivery targets and SLAs, ultimately driving client satisfaction with exceptional service delivery.


The Account Manager will be required to provide a consultative approach to their customers, identifying opportunity to develop and grow the account, driving service evolution and continued improvement.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborating with Client Services Director the Account Manager will look to evolve and expand service provision, looking to deliver innovative initiatives to continuously build best in class talent solutions.
  • Drive the team to develop comprehensive, strategic hiring strategies including review of recruitment marketing plans and exploratory use of recruitment technologies.
  • Deliver best practise activities continuously looking at service improvements and opportunity to increase operational efficiencies across multidisciplined teams.
  • Analyse data and provide insights; aiding process improvement, increase efficiency and improve experience and hiring metrics.
  • Working closely with the customer to forecast peaks in demand whilst offering suitable solutions to ensure continued service delivery.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, seeking opportunities to further develop the account generating new avenues of revenue and opportunities to recruit
Client Engagement

  • Fully embedded within the customer, the Account Manager will offer an expert advisory service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Demonstrate an indepth understanding of the customer, their cultural nuances as well as detailed activity or demand across strategic project or programmes of work.
  • Ownership of service governance frameworks, delivering operational governance and performance reviews to the customer. Including the continuous development of collaborative Management Information.
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, regular account reviews and leverage relationships to identify opportunities for service evolution, continued improvement and initiative development.
Experience

  • Comfortable operating in a fastpaced challenging environment, effectively managing peaks of activity across multidisciplined team.
  • Experience in either inhouse, RPO or MSP environment.
  • Experience using a vast array of recruitment technologies ranging from Applicant Tracking or Vendor Management Systems, Assessment Tools, Attraction Technology through to Recruitment Marketing Tools.
  • Ability to quickly forge strong business working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experience of presenting to client stakeholders across HR, Procurement, and end business users.
  • Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management.
  • Experience of delivering a variety of valueadd initiatives across the end to end recruitment life cycle.
