Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Nursing Governance Team for a Serious Incident (SI) Coordinator for a 0.4 WTE (2 days) fixed term / secondment until the end of March 2024.

The post holder will have a key trust-wide role in the work of the Governance Support Team, through the design, development, effective management and co-ordination of all administration services relating to Serious Incidents (SIs).

Facilitating the management and operation of serious incidents processes, including the analysis and presentation of data, reviewing and grading of SIs, providing narrative and performance data for production of various high level reports including the annual and quarterly reports to Board level Committees.

The post holder will job share with the 0.6 WTE (3 days) SI Coordinator.
