We are on the search for a passionate HR Advisor to join our team through a period of accelerated growth.


As an experienced HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to provide HR and administrative support in line with business and people strategies.

This role has a strong focus on HR systems and reporting and you will bring your passion for data, along with your commercial and innovative mind-set to drive improvements across our existing processes.


Complementary description:


You will:

  • Deliver a best in class employee experience: Act as first point of contact for the business unit and provide daytoday advice to employees on HR policies and process
  • Provide robust analysis & trends: Gather and analyse HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS/Recruitment tools, to create regular management reporting
  • Attract the best talent: Responsibility for delivering recruitment activities and contractor management
  • Support delivery of the annual HR Cycle: this will include Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Recruitment & Retention
  • Drive a high performance culture: Provide support on employee relations cases
  • Support the development of skills and career opportunities: Provide support and input across annual HR activities including performance reviews, succession planning and salary bench marking.
  • Champion innovation and best practice: Work with colleagues across the wider HR Function to drive innovation and continuous improvement as well as supporting key HR projects.

Job requirements:


You will have/be:

  • Degree qualified with CIPD or willing to work towards (or equivalent HR experience)
  • Previous experience working at HR Advisor level ideally in a global/matrixed organisation
  • Data orientation with strong reporting, analytical and administrative skills
  • Proactive, show initiative and solution focussed
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence effectively at all levels
  • Commercial mindset and business understanding
  • Demonstrate integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information/confidential situations
  • Previous HRIS experience (Success Factors an advantage) and proficiency in using Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
