An opportunity has arisen for an efficient Clinic Delivery Co-Ordinator who is passionate multidisciplinary team, have a flexible attitude towards your work, then you could be the person we need.


Working as part of the Clinic Delivery Team the post holder will support the provision of a comprehensive, smooth and efficient administrative service to clinics and patients and make a direct and positive contribution to the work of the team.

The post holder will work under the direction of the Clinic Delivery Support Supervisors and follow procedures within defined guidelines with advice available as necessary.

Provide cross-cover for other Clinic Delivery Co-Ordinators to ensure a consistent and effective administration service is maintained at all times.

Acts as a primary contact for departments within the hospital, as well as external departments. To carry out receptionist duties, greeting and directing visitors and arranging for collection from reception where necessary. Portraying a positive image of the Trust to all visitors on site. To make the Hospital's first point of contact a welcoming one.

To provide comprehensive reception support, to include taking messages and answering calls.

To be responsible for the management of the clinic and reception areas.


Work closely with clinical and administrative teams with mínimal supervision to coordinate activities to ensure that an efficient service is required.


The post holder is expected to work with a flexible approach, maintaining confidentiality at all times when dealing with patient/staff information.
