What you'll do


The role of Reporting Analyst supports the production of various bespoke reports that go out to clients of the business, in order to ensure that the information and data gathered within is verified and authenticated.

Your day-to-day will therefore involveregularly co-ordinating across the business to gather and maintain the data required for these reports, ensuring that all BAU (_business-as-usual_ - the day-to-day goings-on of any business) work relevant to Reporting is actioned swiftly and accurately,as well as working collaborative with other members of the Client Reporting team to respond to queries.

As a result, your responsibilities will likely include, but are not limited to:

  • Using Excel to support the accurate and timely delivery of various client reporting material as required by the firm's clientele;
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with various key people in the business, as well as providers to the business;
  • Enhancing the service provided to internal stakeholders and clients of the business through your excellent customer service and collaborative working skills; and
  • Maintaining auditable records in line with regulations.

Who we're looking for


You will likely be a recent graduate or school-leaver, ideally with some experience of working as part of a busy team, as well as an understanding of what it takes to deliver great customer service in a deadline-driven, client-oriented role.

Experience ofusing Excel will come in handy and as you will be using it regularly, you will be someone who enjoys working with data and for whom accuracy is important.
