We are looking for a Consultant Employment Law Solicitor to handle a mixed caseload of unfair dismissal and discrimination claims on behalf of Claimants across England/Wales/Scotland. The vast majority of cases will be run on a DBA basis, with occasionalprivate / insurance funded claims.

You will be expected to act with autonomy and possess superb technical competence and client care. You will have the ability to quickly assess and convert cold client enquiries received by phone or from our website. You will also have a natural businessdevelopment ability to be able to build your own client and earning base from our work sources. We do not expect you to self-generate work.

You will have experience of dealing with a high volume of Claimant work which ideally includes converting new enquiries into paying clients. We are looking for a straight talking, affable team player with great communication skills and a passion for employmentlaw.

Advocacy experience would be advantageous at CMD, PHR and at final hearing level.

You will work from home. We use the LEAP cloud-based case management system and VOIP phones.

Remuneration will be by way of a self-employed consultant fee share arrangement.
