Our client is a well established market leading wholesale distribution business based in Deeside who are recruiting for a Sales Support Co-ordinator to assist their key customers.

They who pride themselves on offering the best service to their customersand as such provide first class training to ensure you you excel in this role.


You will assist customers through each step of the sales process and with the day-to-day management of accounts and queries to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The role requires the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentto ensure accurate and efficient delivery of orders.

To provide a service that leaves their customers feeling valued and appreciated.


Key Duties:


  • Support with the management of commercially sensitive accounts
  • Managing and processing customer orders
  • Liaising with different departments to ensure the smooth delivery of orders
  • Preserving high customer service standards
  • Working with the Customer and the wider business to create an enhanced customer experience
  • Create a solution finding environment to enhance the customer experience
  • Act as a point of contact for the Internal and Field based Sales Team
  • Maintain accurate records

This role offers hybrid working, 1 week onsite and 1 week at home on a rota basis

Hours 9am - 5.30pm


The Salary starts on £20,605 and increases to £21k after probationary period, further increases are given once certain training milestones have achieved.
