SAFS are looking for a Part-time Domiciliary Care Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and monitoring all aspects of the domiciliary care service which is inclusive of all adult's domiciliary care, all children's domiciliary care and all children's commissioned services i.e.

You must have a Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma or at least 1 years' experience in a managerial role in a care setting working with vulnerable children and adults.
Hours:
Working hours will be between 9am - 5pm - 25 hours per week (and you will also be on the on-call rota for the 'out of hours' service during evenings and weekends)
Salary:
as stated at pro rata
- If successful, interviews will be held on Thursday 14th September or Monday 18th September._

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Smethwick: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

- Management: 1 year (preferred)
