Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a Part Time Receptionist / Administrator role within the Musselburgh? This is an exciting temporary position starting in March.
- Job Title: Temporary Part Time Receptionist and Administrator
- Location: East Lothian
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM 1PM
- Salary: £12.50 per hour
- Duration: Dates throughout March
If you have a knack for administrative, customer service and front of house tasks, then this position is perfect for you Effective communication, adept teamwork, keen attention to detail, and adaptability to a fluid work environment are essential attributes for success in this role.
The role of Receptionist / Administrator:
- Reception duties, including answering the telephone and greeting visitors,
- Communicating with Couriers regarding any incoming and outgoing mail and distributing accordingly,
- General administration duties such as filing, photocopying, updating databases and ensuring everything is kept up to date,
- Providing administration support to the wider team when required.
The ideal Receptionist / Administrator:
- Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial,
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal,
- Excellent organisational skills,
- A focused, dedicated, and willing attitude.
- Proficiency in PC literacy and Microsoft Office systems,
- Driven and motivated.
