Are you ready to dive into an exciting opportunity within Edinburgh and looking for a fantastic work-life balance?


Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a Part Time Receptionist / Administrator role within the Musselburgh? This is an exciting temporary position starting in March.


  • Job Title: Temporary Part Time Receptionist and Administrator
  • Location: East Lothian
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM 1PM
  • Salary: £12.50 per hour
  • Duration: Dates throughout March


If you have a knack for administrative, customer service and front of house tasks, then this position is perfect for you Effective communication, adept teamwork, keen attention to detail, and adaptability to a fluid work environment are essential attributes for success in this role.


The role of Receptionist / Administrator:

  • Reception duties, including answering the telephone and greeting visitors,
  • Communicating with Couriers regarding any incoming and outgoing mail and distributing accordingly,
  • General administration duties such as filing, photocopying, updating databases and ensuring everything is kept up to date,
  • Providing administration support to the wider team when required.

The ideal Receptionist / Administrator:


  • Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial,
  • Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal,
  • Excellent organisational skills,
  • A focused, dedicated, and willing attitude.
  • Proficiency in PC literacy and Microsoft Office systems,
  • Driven and motivated.
